Canadian Sex Now Census 2011

As some of you know, I have been involved in HIV Prevention Education and Support locally and on a provincial basis. One of the concerns with education is providing meaningful statistics re safer sex practices and issues for gay bi and trans men and trans women. Be sure to add comments to the “other category to ensure all our sexual practices are known.

Judges announced for WCLS/b & WCCBB Contest Weekend Calgary, Alberta

As the Eastern Canada Leather Sir and boy, boy iain and I will be attending the WCLS/b & WCCBB Contest Weekend

The Western Canada LeatherSIR/boy & Community Bootblack contest has been scheduled for November 18 – 20, 2011, with cool events happening all weekend long.  Check this page frequently, as it will be updated as more information is available.

Any interested contestants can download the Application Form, which also cover the rules and regulations of the WCLS/B & WCBB contest.

November 18, 2011

  • Meet & Greet: Meet the judges, contestants, and members of the Western Canada Leather community at this event open to any/all attendees.
  • Leather Swap: No gear?  Undergeared?  We can fix that.  Community members have donated their once-loved gear in order to raise money for the WCLS/B & WCBB travel fund, which will get our regional titleholders to the international contest, as well as community events within our region during their title year.  If you are interested in donating used leather, fetish gear, or toys for this event, please contact us directly.
  • Leather Demos: Community members provide a taste of  our play and lifestyle live on stage for all to see.

November 19, 2011

  • Workshops: More information to be announced in the near future.  Community members pass on their technical skill and knowledge in these small-scale, intimate  teaching engagements.
  • Western Canada LeatherSIR/boy & Community Bootblack contests.  LeatherSIR/boy contestants appear on stage in speech, jockstrap, and fantasy categories of their contest, while Community Bootblack contestants appear on stage for their speech while participating in the interpersonal skills portion of their contest.

November 20, 2011

  • Victory Brunch: Join winners, judges, producers, and community members for a victory brunch the morning following the contest.  Public participation in this event will cost $10 and space will be limited.

Crude 2011 what a great weekend!!!!

Sept 9 to 11 I attended  the first annual CRUDE  “Leather Camping Unrefined” which was held at the Point Camp ground west of Hamilton Ontario. The park for those who have not been there is one of the best kept and equipped campgrounds I have ever been to.

At this time I would like to congratulate boy iain Eastern Canada Leatherboy 2011.

The whole weekend was fairly  relaxed with lots of time to catch up with old friends and make new ones.

On saturday there were 3 demos starting with Master Aaron and Master Scott’s boy craig doing a fisting demo. Unfortunately due to park rules no cameras are allowed anywhere except your own camp site. The second demo was a flogging demo by Master R.

I also did a demo, which for me was a bit of a hybrid between black and brown leather as I usually only do pegging as part of a western scene.

One of the concerns especially with red-headed fair-skinned subs is sunburns. In this case my Alpha slave Eric was covered in SPF 35 suntan lotion, which also makes taking off hot wax much easier .

On saturday night Master Scott’s boy nicko was initiated to needle play.

Eastern Canada LeatherSIR/Leatherboy 2012 Contest Weekend

Eastern Canada LeatherSIR/Leatherboy 2012 Contest Weekend
Dates & contest venue confirmed for ECLSb weekend

(Toronto) — The Eastern Canada LeatherSIR/Leatherboy 2012 contest weekend will run Friday, February 17 through Monday, February 20 (a civic long weekend in Ontario). The Presenting Sponsor of ECLSb 2012 is Steamworks, the official bathhouse of ECLSb.

The complete roster of events and the judging panel for the contest weekend will be announced at later dates.

The weekend’s main event will be the Eastern Canada LeatherSIR/Leatherboy 2012 contest, which will take place Saturday, February 18 at Goodhandy’s (120 Church St, at Richmond). Please note, the contest will be held at a new earlier time! Doors will open at 12:30pm; the contest will start at 1:30pm sharp! Admission will be $10, with proceeds to ECLSb travel fund.

Winners of Eastern Canada LeatherSIR/Leatherboy will advance to compete at the International LeatherSIR/Leatherboy contest weekend, which will take place Thursday, July 26 through Sunday, July 29, 2012 in San Francisco, coinciding with the Dore Alley leather street fair on Sunday, July 29.

Contestant registration for ECLSb 2012 will begin October 1, 2011. Registration forms will be available at http://www.LeatherSirCanada.com <http://www.LeatherSirCanada.com> . The Eastern Canada contest is open to leathermen and leatherboys from Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
